Repair & Restoration Coordination
Once the inspection is complete and the scope is documented, we coordinate vetted service providers — mitigation crews, repair specialists, and restoration professionals — so you have one organized team managing the process instead of three contractors you have to chase yourself.
How Coordination Services Work
Restoration coordination always follows inspection. We won't recommend or coordinate repair services until we've completed a professional assessment of the damage — that's what makes our process different.
After the inspection findings are delivered, we outline the scope of work needed and coordinate the right service providers from our vetted network. You have one point of contact — Restore Xperts — instead of juggling separate mitigation crews, repair specialists, and material suppliers on your own.
All coordination pricing is scoped and quoted transparently after the inspection — before any work begins. No surprise charges, no pressure, no fine print.
What Coordination Includes
- Scope of work developed from inspection findings
- Vetted service provider selection and scheduling
- Mitigation coordination (stopping active damage)
- Repair and restoration service scheduling
- One point of contact throughout the project
- Progress communication — you stay informed at every stage
- 50% deposit before scheduling begins
Important: Coordination Requires an Inspection First
We require a completed inspection before coordinating any repair or restoration services. This protects you — it ensures that work is scoped based on actual documented findings, not estimates or assumptions.
If you haven't had an inspection yet, start with a property inspection request. The inspection fee (from $149) is credited toward coordination services when you move forward.
Our Vendor Standards
