Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use our website, request an inspection, or hire Restore Xperts for restoration coordination services.

Last Updated: May 2026
Please read these terms carefully before requesting services. By submitting an inspection request or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

1. About Restore Xperts

Restore Xperts is a property inspection and restoration coordination company based in Montgomery County TX. We provide on-site property inspections, photo documentation, damage assessments, temporary repair coordination, and restoration project coordination services for residential and commercial property owners.

Important: Restore Xperts is not a public adjuster, insurance adjuster, law firm, or insurance claim representative. We do not negotiate insurance claims, guarantee insurance coverage, advocate on your behalf with insurers, or provide legal advice. These terms of service govern only our inspection and restoration coordination services.

2. Use of the Website

The content on restorexperts.com is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes professional advice, a guarantee of service outcomes, or a binding offer.

  • You may use this website only for lawful purposes
  • You may not copy, scrape, or reuse website content without permission
  • Pricing, service details, and availability listed on the website are subject to change without notice

3. Inspection Requests and Scheduling

Submitting an inspection request form does not guarantee an appointment. All appointments are confirmed in writing by Restore Xperts before they are considered scheduled.

  • We will confirm appointments in writing (email or text) within 2 business hours of receiving your request during normal business hours
  • Emergency response scheduling is confirmed by phone before any team member is dispatched
  • We do not guarantee same-day or emergency response times unless confirmed in writing or verbally by a Restore Xperts team member

4. Property Access and On-Site Requirements

To perform an inspection or service, the following requirements apply:

  • An adult (18 or older) must be present at the property during the inspection or service visit
  • All pets must be secured before our team arrives
  • You must provide safe, reasonable access to all areas of the property being inspected
  • Restore Xperts may decline to enter or may reschedule if conditions are determined to be unsafe for our team

If an appointment cannot be completed because of failure to meet these requirements, the inspection fee may still apply.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted and confirmed before services begin. Our current standard pricing is published on our Pricing page and is subject to change.

  • Inspection fee: due at or before the time of the inspection visit, as confirmed when your appointment is booked
  • Repair/coordination deposit: a deposit of 50% of the scoped project amount is required before repair or restoration coordination work begins
  • Remaining balance: due upon completion of the coordinated work, unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, and other methods confirmed at booking
  • Invoices are issued electronically. Payment links are sent via email or text

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Emergency response fees are non-refundable once our team has been dispatched
  • Deposits for coordination services are non-refundable once work has been scheduled with subcontractors

7. Inspection Findings and Limitations

Our inspections are visual assessments conducted by experienced inspectors. The following limitations apply:

  • Inspection findings represent visible conditions observed at the time of the inspection only
  • We do not guarantee that all damage, defects, or conditions will be identified — concealed or hidden conditions may not be discoverable through visual inspection
  • Inspection reports describe what was observed and are not structural engineering reports, professional engineering assessments, or mold remediation certifications
  • If additional specialist assessments are needed (structural engineering, mold testing, etc.), we will communicate this clearly

8. Subcontractors and Field Work

Restore Xperts coordinates restoration and repair work using a vetted network of independent subcontractors and technicians. These service providers are independently licensed, insured, and onboarded prior to being used on any job.

  • Restore Xperts acts as the coordination point and does not perform repair work with its own direct labor force
  • Subcontractors dispatched to your property have been vetted and onboarded by our team
  • We maintain communication between you and all parties throughout the project

9. What We Are Not

To be clear about the nature of our services:

  • Restore Xperts is not a public adjuster and does not represent you in any insurance claim
  • We do not negotiate insurance claims, guarantee coverage decisions, or advise you on how to file a claim
  • We do not provide legal advice of any kind
  • Our documentation reports are ours — they do not constitute official engineering, legal, or insurance appraisal documents

10. Limitation of Liability

Restore Xperts' liability to any customer for services provided is limited to the amount paid for those specific services. We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing property conditions not visible at the time of inspection
  • Damage or defects not reasonably discoverable through a visual inspection
  • Work performed by independent subcontractors, who carry their own liability insurance
  • Decisions you make based on the inspection findings or documentation provided
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

11. Photo Uploads and Submissions

Photos and videos submitted with your inspection request are used solely to evaluate and prepare for your service. By submitting photos, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that they accurately represent the property condition you are requesting service for.

12. Changes to These Terms

Restore Xperts may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from services provided by Restore Xperts shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Montgomery County, Texas.
