Roof Leak Inspection
Noticing water stains, drips, or wet insulation? We inspect your roof, attic, flashing, and drainage — identify where water is entering, document it with photos, and give you a clear written report. No guessing. No pressure.
Why Roof Leaks Need a Professional Inspection
Roof leaks are deceptive. Water that enters at the ridge can travel along rafters and show up on a ceiling 20 feet away. By the time you see a stain, moisture may have been present for weeks. Getting a clear, documented inspection of the actual source — not just the symptom — is the only way to know what really needs to be repaired.
Our inspection covers the full picture: exterior roof condition, interior indicators, and the path water may have traveled. You receive a photo-documented report describing what we found and where.
What the Inspection Covers
- Visual inspection of roof surface — shingles, tiles, or other roofing material
- Flashing condition — around chimneys, vents, skylights, and roof-wall transitions
- Gutter and drainage review — clogs, improper slope, or overflow paths
- Attic or ceiling-side indicators of moisture intrusion
- Fascia, soffit, and eave condition where applicable
- Interior staining, wet insulation, or visible mold indicators
- Organized photo documentation of all findings
- Written findings report delivered after the visit
After the Inspection
Once we've completed the inspection and delivered your report, you have options. You can use the documentation for your own records, share it with a roofing contractor when getting repair quotes, or ask us to coordinate the repair with a vetted roofing professional from our network.
There's no obligation to use our coordination services. The inspection report is yours — use it however it's most helpful.
